Our fitness trainer who creates a unique plan for you, based on an in-depth knowledge of biomechanics and strength training to build your dream physique. He has spent thousands of hours researching, cooking, and tasting new dishes to provide our customers with the best tasting vegan food in the SWFL region. On top of tasty food, Tim has carefully balanced the Macro. & Micronutrients of each meal to help fuel your body with the energy you need to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
